Even after a great night sleep the way you wake up and the things you do when you woke up will affect the whole day.So today i will tell you some secrets for making your morning delightful.

    • Immediate Exercise: Many people have the habit of jump starting to workout session as soon as they woke up from the bed. Our body needs some time to get into the action.So give yourself some time.Wake up quietly on one side and just try to relax your body and mediate for some minutes.

  • Caffeine: Every person like to have caffeinated drink as the first thing in the morning. As a matter of fact don't go for tea/coffee as soon as you wake up.This will affect the gut.Instead try something alkaline. A lime juice with tea spoon honey and water keeps you steady.

  • Stretching: When we wake up from bed, we feel a bit stiff. To avoid carrying this stiff for whole day just make few light stretches. A gentle walk could do the trick.

  • Water: It's always the best thing thing to start the day with water. This will increase the oxygen flow and clears the gut which will result in proper metabolism. Always try to have a glass of warm water with alkaline as the first thing in the morning.

 

 

 

 

These are the main things that will help you to have a great day. Also avoid reaching pack of cigarettes and glass of alcohol  as it is not good too.
